Prices and payment

 

Prices are given in Canadian dollars and can be changed at any time.

 

All prices on the website do not include applicable taxes. A provincial tax of 6.5 % and a federal tax of 5% will be add to the price.

 

Models can be discontinued or added to the catalogue without prior notice.

 

We accept credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express (Amex) and Paypal.

 

Transport charges, insurance, return charges and custom clearance fees are at customer's expense.

 

The goods will be ship only upon full payment of amount due.

Delivery

There is a fix delivery charge of 10.00 $ for any province within Canada and in any state of the USA. A fix delivery charge of 20.00 $ Canadian will be add to all other shipped in Europe or Asia.

 

There will be no delivery fees for all orders over 100.00 $ cdn

 

Orders usually will be shipped out within 5 business days after we receive your payment confirmation. From then, it will take 2-7 business days for the package to arrive depending on the shipping address.

 

The “in stock” quantity of all products is indicated.  Any products not “in stock” can be ordered.  However, every pieces being hand made, the delay of manufacture to be envisages is of more or less 30 days.  This delay can be longer in the case where the chosen Jewelry is set with stones and that those stones are not available at the time of the order.

 

Order will be shipped by the most appropriate carrier (DHL, FeDex, UPS, or Canada Post) at the choice of Ozay Inc.

 

If the parcel is lost by the carrier, a claim will be made to this company by Ozay Inc. and a replacement order shipped immediately to the customer.

 

If a parcel is damaged or seems to have been opened during transportation, the customer must notify the deliveryman upon receipt to allow him to report the problem immediately.

 

Return Policy

All returns of defective articles most be notified directly to Ozay Inc. within 10 days the date of receipt of the merchandise.

 

Damage or defective articles should not been wear or show signs of use and most be returned in their package of origin. No replacement or refund will be grant on use articles.

 

Returned products can either be replaced or refund at the customer choice.
